🎯 Requirements

• Must be fully licensed to practice independently with any of the following licensures: Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT) required OR must have and/or be license eligible and actively working toward licensure as a Licensed PhD or PsyD. • Must be licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois. • Master’s in psychology, social work, counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 2-7 years prior experience in a clinical setting OR PhD or PsyD plus zero to three years prior experience in a clinical setting (Psychological Testing and Assessment experience preferred). • Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills • Ability to meet direct service expectations and to complete documentation within required timeframes. • Ability to manage priorities and workflow/ organizational skills. • Experience with any/all the following treatment modalities and programs is beneficial: • Individual & Family-focused therapy • CBT | DBT | ACT • EMDR • Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management) • CADC • Marriage and Family Therapy • IOP/PHP programs • Group Therapy
