📋 Description

• Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Prepare, review and negotiate management agreements, partnership contracts and other relevant legal documents. • Document Management: Maintain organized control of client drafts, conducting regular meetings with the client relationship team to monitor and map case progress. • Internal Collaboration: Provide all necessary support to Clarke's legal team as well as to other departments that require assistance from the legal team.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Law degree (from the 7th semester) • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Strong communication skills • Strong sense of ethics and integrity • Interest in electric power studies • Experience in the power/electricity sector (advantage) • Experience with electricity/energy contracts (advantage)
