đź“‹ Description

• Support application administration, including intakes, transfers, cancellations, and assignment processes • Prepare information requests for customers and assessors to address submission deficiencies • Maintain customer satisfaction and develop customer relationships • Undertake business development activities • Analyze program metrics related to application administration, including project volume, associated energy savings, and trends • Identify process optimizations and improvements • Prepare and maintain reports to manage and monitor project activity • Apply the house-as-a-system approach to support households across British Columbia in achieving improved comfort and home efficiency • Ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs internally and externally while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Active enrollment in post-secondary education in Environment, Science, Business, or Engineering degree • Strong oral and written communication skills • Customer service experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Ability to work well with all levels of management, colleagues, and external contacts • Must be located in British Columbia • Must be authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship or immigration support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
