📋 Description

• Play a key role in supporting goal attainment for a successful and innovative commercial new construction efficiency program through field team support • Team leadership on project and process workflows, project management from enrollment to close • Participation on optimization initiatives • Reporting and communicating program implementation activities • Provide trainings for other individuals, both internal and external, on web-based application use • Identify and escalate issues or areas of concern for project or department performance to program senior leadership, and develop and implement strategies to address those issues or areas of concern

• Strong team leadership qualities • Communication skills • Attention to detail • Strong organizational/project management skills • Ability to coordinate multiple high-quality deliverables • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities • Support Outreach Managers with project management, application compilation and review, field support, and customer communications • Track and analyze data to produce reports to management • Review technical documents (construction drawings, equipment specifications, etc.) • Compile and review project documentation to ensure accuracy and completion • Ensure adherence to protocols to use CLEAResult and client systems, documents, and tools • Identify opportunities for process improvements that span across teams and drive improvement initiatives
