📋 Description

• Market analysis. Analyze large data sets (including energy usage, geospatial data, past program participation, public and third-party data sets) to support the design, execution and monitoring of energy efficiency and demand response programs • Data visualization. Synthesize analytics into actionable insights for marketing and client teams by developing Power BI dashboards with dynamic visualizations and mapping capabilities • Campaign optimization. Support marketing teams in developing data pipelines and approaches to tracking customers across different systems • Customer targeting. Support highly targeted marketing campaigns with customer segmentation, predictive models, and energy usage analysis • Business development. Support business development opportunities by using established tools to provide client specific market intelligence and insights • Client engagement. Present research results, dashboards, and analytics to clients and internal teams • Collaboration. Coordinate across teams (local program teams, IT, marketing) to connect data sets and develop insights • Tracking and reporting. Develop and maintain dashboard reporting across programs and marketing campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 6+ years of relevant data analytics, data transformation and business intelligence experience • Independent worker who successfully collaborates with internal and client stakeholders
