📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). • Build scalable and reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, and OSGi services. • Develop custom Sling Models, OSGi bundles, and HTL (Sightly) components. • Configure and maintain AEM Assets, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments. • Integrate AEM with enterprise applications and third-party systems via REST APIs and web services. • Collaborate closely with UX, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders throughout the full SDLC. • Lead and participate in code reviews, production support, and performance optimization efforts. • Ensure adherence to development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines. • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers in technical discussions and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of overall software development experience; 7+ years of hands-on AEM development • Strong expertise in AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) — Sites, Assets, and Workflows • Deep proficiency in Java, J2EE, Apache Sling, OSGi, HTL, Servlets, and REST APIs • Experience building reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments • Hands-on experience integrating AEM with enterprise systems using REST APIs and web services • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive UI development • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Maven, Git, Jenkins, or equivalent DevOps tooling • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies • Experience working in a marketing services or agency environment with cross-functional collaboration • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated client-facing capabilities • Current legal right to work in the United States (H1B transfers considered; no new sponsorship).
