📋 Description

• Lead executive-level projects with high complexity and organizational impact • Serve as a consultative resource and strategy partner for project execution • Provide organizational support for the technically complex and evolving AI organization • Manage the AI portfolio to ensure organizational alignment and achievement of strategic digital goals • Advise clients and stakeholders on strategy and execution of high-priority initiatives • Partner with C-suite executives and external stakeholders to develop sustainable organizational practices and revenue models • Represent the executive team in external stakeholder interactions • Provide executive-level leadership for organization-wide and strategically significant initiatives • Support department and organizational initiatives • Oversee hiring activities • Manage OKRs and alignment with organizational goals • Organize and facilitate team meetings • Develop presentations and speaking points as a thought partner • Mentor data scientists on organizational engagement and mentor managers • Manage intake processes for the AI team • Coordinate external resources to drive project execution • Prioritize work across initiatives and drive execution toward goals and deadlines • Support build-versus-partner decision-making • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare or a related field • 15 years of directly relevant experience, including 5 years of previous leadership experience • Master's degree may offset 2 years of required experience • Critical thinking and decisive judgment • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action • Experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Vice President, or Senior Director in technical operations preferred • Experience in product development and the technology sector highly desirable • Experience in strategy and operations roles focused on driving execution at product-focused technology companies preferred • Experience working directly with executives on complex cross-functional technology initiatives preferred • Track record developing operating models and execution tactics for AI/ML product development and deployment preferred • Experience working across AI scientists, engineers, program managers, business executives, and stakeholders preferred • Must reside in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada • Must comply with the influenza prevention program, including annual vaccination or an approved exemption • Must follow Standard Precautions and use required personal protective equipment • Employment offers are followed by controlled-substance testing
