• Structure and optimize Clicksign’s corporate website and conversion pages, ensuring technical performance and a high-quality user experience. • Map and eliminate friction points across digital journeys, landing pages, flows, and forms. • Plan, execute and monitor A/B and multivariate tests with a focus on increasing conversion rates and generating qualified leads. • Propose improvement hypotheses based on qualitative data (e.g., heatmaps, session recordings, usability tests) and quantitative data (analytics, conversion funnels, events and clicks). • Configure and monitor tags, tracking and events in Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring accurate measurement of interactions and outcomes. • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Design and Engineering teams from planning through implementation of adjustments and experiments. • Track and report key performance metrics (CVR, bounce rate, time on site, CPA, etc.), producing reports with learnings and recommendations. • Maintain a continuous experiment pipeline, prioritizing hypotheses based on impact and technical effort. • Ensure conversion flows and the corporate website are aligned with business objectives and the customer experience.
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields. • Proficiency with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, VWO, Google Optimize or similar. • Experience designing, running and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests. • Analytical, collaborative profile with strong communication skills to engage with technical and creative teams. • Familiarity with website and landing page building and maintenance tools (especially Webflow and HubSpot), plus knowledge of technical performance (Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, page speed).
