• Map and prospect startups at different stages (early-stage, growth, scale-up) that are aligned with the company's strategy. • Build and maintain active relationships with accelerators, investment funds, innovation hubs and startup communities. • Assess strategic fit, technological maturity and business models of startups. • Structure clear, concise partnership proposals highlighting mutual benefits. • Lead agile negotiations appropriate to the startup pace. • Manage the partnerships pipeline. • Monitor technology and innovation trends (AI, SaaS, fintech, healthtech, edtech, etc.) to anticipate opportunities. • Support pilots and proofs of concept, ensuring alignment between startups and internal teams. • Produce reports and KPIs on partnership performance.
• Previous experience in partnerships, B2B sales or business development. • Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and innovation hubs. • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business models and traction. • Communication and negotiation skills with diverse profiles (entrepreneurs, investors, executives). • Intermediate to advanced English (to follow global trends and engage with international startups). • Genuine interest in technology and innovation. • Established network within startup communities. • Experience working in startups (as a founder, investor or team member). • Basic technical knowledge of APIs, integrations and SaaS. • Active participation in technology and entrepreneurship events.
