📋 Description

• Assist in outreach efforts to connect with potential startup applicants across South Asia • Contact and engage relevant organizations, partners, and stakeholders for collaboration and program promotion • Contribute to market surveys and data collection to better understand the climate tech landscape • Help develop and implement communication strategies, including content creation for social media, newsletters, and program-related materials • Support the organization of events, webinars, and workshops to engage the climate tech community • Establish and nurture relationships with startups, mentors, and key stakeholders • Assist in conducting interviews, surveys, and feedback collection to understand the needs and challenges of climate tech startups • Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth coordination, scheduling meetings, and tracking of project milestones • Assist in data management, analysis, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional experience in program management, community building, or partnerships ideally in the development, climate, or entrepreneurship sectors • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Studies, Business, Communications, Engineering or a related area) or in the final year of the same • Demonstrated interest in gender, climate, or impact-driven work • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Passion for climate tech and a commitment to making a positive environmental impact • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing is a plus
