📋 Description
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand objectives and user requirements • Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and ensure a user-centered design approach • Translate user requirements and business goals into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and web applications • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and usability testing results • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs is faithful to the intended user experience and visual design • Apply and maintain consistent design standards, guidelines, and best practices across multiple projects • Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and industry standards, particularly as they relate to climate tech and sustainability • Monitor and analyze user behavior and data to identify areas for improvement and inform design decisions • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall design quality
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of UI/UX design experience • Working knowledge of Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite • A team player but can work independently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
