📋 Description

• Design, build, and run cloud services behind Delinea's AI features • Build scalable, highly available backend services on Azure and Kubernetes • Build LLM-powered features including model integration, context pipelines, RAG, tool calling, agents, and evaluations • Design event-driven, asynchronous architectures across microservices • Own delivery end to end, including Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring, and production incident response • Collaborate with product, UX, and platform teams • Participate in code and design reviews • Use AI coding agents to design, write, and review code

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience • 8+ years designing and building production backend services in C#/.NET, Python, or Go across the full software development lifecycle • Hands-on experience building products with LLMs, including inference, structured outputs, RAG, tool calling, or agents • Experience with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI API, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Anthropic API, or similar • Fluency with AI-assisted development, including Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor • Knowledge of spec-driven development, careful context, and verified, tested output • Strong grasp of distributed systems, API design, and microservices • Experience with a major cloud provider • Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture and operating at scale • Experience with AI-agent tools, APIs, integrations, MCP servers, function/tool-calling interfaces, or plugins • ML and MLOps experience, including fine-tuning, evaluation harnesses, and production model deployment/evaluation • Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipeline experience • Identity security, PAM, or Zero Trust background
