📋 Description

• Analyze and structure complex healthcare workflows into accurate, easy-to-follow SOPs and internal documentation • Audit and refine the knowledge base to eliminate redundancies, close content gaps, and improve accessibility • Act as the internal knowledge point of contact • Identify recurring questions and knowledge gaps • Resolve knowledge gaps through documentation updates or process improvements • Partner with operations and compliance teams to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with real-world processes • Improve how teams access and use internal knowledge • Propose structural or systemic enhancements • Complete a short practical exercise assessing the ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly and logically

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, process documentation, or operational enablement • Ideally experience in healthcare, tech, or other regulated industries • Ability to turn complex, technical processes into clear, actionable documentation • Strong systems-thinking mindset and analytical approach to process design • Hands-on experience with Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace • Detail-oriented and self-driven • Ability to manage multiple documentation and improvement projects simultaneously • Stable wired internet connection (15+ Mbps) • Modern computer meeting or exceeding i5 8th Gen or Ryzen 5 2000 series, with 12GB RAM minimum (16GB preferred) • Noise-canceling headset, quiet workspace, and power backup • English proficiency
