📋 Description

• Managing Financial Records – Recording and maintaining financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. • Preparing Financial Statements – Generating balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide an overview of a company’s financial health. • Processing Payroll – Calculating wages, withholding taxes, and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. • Tax Preparation & Compliance – Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. • Bank Reconciliation – Comparing financial records with bank statements to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy. • Budgeting & Forecasting – Assisting in financial planning by creating budgets and financial projections to help businesses manage cash flow effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years US-based accounting/bookkeeping experience • QuickBooks Online required • Experienced CPAs/ Non-CPAs are welcome to apply • Willing to work with team members in the US (across different time zones) • Xero, Bill.com preferred experience
