• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other platforms. • Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit. • Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby and maintain timely, professional communication. • Coach candidates for client interviews and guide them through the offer process. • Serve as candidates’ advocate throughout client interviews and onboarding. • Coordinate with the Admin team to ensure smooth onboarding. • Align expectations between staffers and clients from day one. • Conduct regular check-ins: weekly (Month 1), bi-weekly (Month 2), monthly (Month 3+). • Monitor productivity, engagement, and well-being; address questions and escalate issues as needed. • Track staffer satisfaction and engagement through pulse surveys and regular conversations. • Identify training or upskilling opportunities and recommend development paths. • Recruit replacements when staffers exit. • Advocate for staffers’ long-term success and value within CAS.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent management, or staffer success • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication skills; confident in building relationships with candidates and clients • Empathetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment • Comfortable working EST 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule • Nice-to-have: Experience using ATS (Ashby) and other HR or productivity platforms • Previous experience supporting remote teams across multiple regions
