📋 Description

• Turning problem statements & hypotheses into concrete experiment plans— you pick methods, tooling, and metrics; • Running lightweight experiments to assess feasibility and value of new approaches. • Implementing research findings and integrating them into the production system; • Building and owning evaluation metrics, automating them in CI, and keeping results comparable. • Shipping production-quality Python tools/CLIs and small services that make experiments faster and cheaper. • Documenting your work for future adoption and reuse; • Keeping crisp written logs of experiments, results, and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; • 3+ years of experience as a developer or engineering lead; • Proficiency in Python; • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (via APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.); • Familiarity with RAG, CAG, and agent-based approaches; • Basic infrastructure skills: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), testing automation. • **Nice-to-Haves:** • Published research or experimentation experience; • Data analysis skills and experience building metrics for evaluation; • Basic knowledge of C language; • Familiarity with AI engineering tools (e.g., Cursor, WindSurf, aider).
