• Support Salesforce customizations, integrations, automations, and deployment activities across multiple projects • Investigate and troubleshoot complex Salesforce platform issues across client environments • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings, resolutions, and preventative recommendations • Collaborate with consultants, developers, QA teams, and client stakeholders to resolve production issues efficiently • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve platform stability, scalability, and overall client experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience • Experience with Quote-to-Cash processes and Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Media Cloud • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in complex Salesforce environments • Experience with Apex, LWC, APIs, Flows, and Salesforce integrations • Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification preferred • Revenue Cloud Consultant Certification preferred
