• Identify, design, and implement frontend solutions that enhance user experience • Support data-driven decision workflows • Translate complex insights into clear, responsive, and scalable frontend components • Improve visibility into churn metrics and empower operational teams
🎯 Requirements
• Solid experience in JavaScript, including Node.js, npm, and Yarn (Ruby on Rails is a strong plus) • Pixel-perfect attention to detail and a passion for performance and accessibility • Ability to implement design specs precisely using HTML, CSS, Flexbox, and media queries • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Avocode, or Zeplin • DevOps-related skills including git, webpacker, Babel, and experience debugging by reading application logs
