📋 Description

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. • Reconciliations: Reconcile large volumes of financial data across multiple accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly. • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecasting, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making. • Excel & Data Management: Use advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) to process, clean, and analyze large datasets efficiently. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to support financial planning, reporting, and operational alignment. • Ad-hoc Projects: Assist the Head of Finance with additional tasks that support overall financial operations and department goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification. • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience working with large datasets, financial reconciliations, and budgeting. • Industry Experience: Exposure to iGaming or PSP reconciliations is a strong plus. • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems and financial tools. • Detail-Oriented Mindset: Strong analytical skills with excellent accuracy and problem-solving capabilities. • Communication: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
