• Conducting routine maintenance of fire alarm systems. • Delivering a high level of service to our customers • Completing accurate maintenance reports and documentation • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction • Working independently and as part of a team as required
🎯 Requirements
• Direct experience in a similar role is not essential - we will give you the tools and skills to succeed! • Ambition and drive to become a qualified maintenance engineer through our training • Someone who is proficient in problem-solving • Have a full, clean UK driving license • Are flexible and able to work on-call or overtime as required • Possess strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients
