📋 Description

• Collaborate with teams to deliver innovative solutions for our customers’ manufacturing, fulfillment and distribution systems, from conceptual design to approval. • Lead multiple projects with a keen eye on quality and cost-effectiveness, ensuring designs meet or exceed expectations. • Collaborating directly with customers to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes. • Oversee projects from start to finish, including the installation and commissioning phases, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to project concepts. • Develop facility requirements, capacity, and rate models to guide design decisions. • Manage engineering design projects across various stages and complexities, including integrated system designs and alignment with WMS, WES, WCS, and BMS systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in Design/Innovation Engineering, Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineering, or a similar role. • Experience collaborating directly with customers or consulting with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes. • Comprehensive experience in the design cycle of warehouses, distribution, and fulfillment centers, including machine design and full factory design engineering. • Proficiency in CAD software for facility design and experience with business/technical software like MS Excel. • At least 3 years of experience utilizing data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau, Excel Pivots/Access). • Demonstrated ability to lead engineering design projects. • Highly motivated teammate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Willing to travel at least 40% time. • Must have and maintain US citizenship or permanent residency.
