📋 Description

• Conduct client workshops, gather detailed business requirements, and analyze current sales processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. • Design and document high-quality, scalable Sales Cloud solutions, including data models, process flows, custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflow, Process Builder, and Flow. • Lead the hands-on configuration, customization, and implementation of Sales Cloud, ensuring solutions align with best practices and client objectives. • Manage project timelines, scope, and client expectations throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, from discovery through deployment and post-launch support. • Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and administrators to ensure high adoption rates and user proficiency. • Provide expert guidance on integrating Sales Cloud with other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation) and advise on data migration strategies. • Assist the sales team with scoping, effort estimation, and presenting solutions to prospective clients as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and consulting on Salesforce Sales Cloud. • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification is mandatory. • Proven ability to lead multiple full-lifecycle Salesforce implementation projects simultaneously. • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including declarative configuration tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders.
