• Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment, managing user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. • Design, build, and maintain complex declarative solutions using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules to automate and optimize business processes for our GTM teams. • Own data quality within Salesforce, performing regular data audits, managing data migrations, and implementing best practices for data hygiene. • Partner with stakeholders across the GTM organization to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement. • Manage integrations between Salesforce and other key business systems within our GTM tech stack (e.g., Marketing Automation, Sales Engagement tools). • Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for new features and processes to ensure our users are getting the most out of the platform.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. • Salesforce Certified Administrator is required. Advanced certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly preferred. • Deep expertise in declarative development, particularly with Salesforce Flow, to build complex business process automation. • Strong understanding of Go-to-Market processes, including lead management, sales cycles, pipeline management, customer success, and finance. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
