• Innovate and Drive Growth • Manage and optimize SEO and SEA initiatives • Plan, launch, and improve paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.) • Develop and manage landing pages aligned to campaign goals • Create and refine CTAs across channels • Build and execute email marketing flows (automations, drips, transactional, mass) • Manage social media campaigns focused on lead generation and awareness • Contribute to content creation for growth initiatives (ads, LP copy, nurture emails) • Analyze and Improve • Track campaign performance, conversions, and ROI • Analyze marketing metrics to identify opportunities for growth • Test, measure, and iterate using data-driven insights • Collaborate and Execute • Work closely with Sales to align messaging and improve lead quality • Ensure cohesive brand representation across campaigns and platforms • Communicate project progress clearly with internal stakeholders • Resolve and Propel • Identify bottlenecks or performance issues and propose actionable solutions • Make pragmatic decisions to keep campaigns moving and goals on track • Deliver Excellence • Ensure all growth initiatives meet deadlines, stay within scope, and deliver measurable impact • Maintain high standards of quality in all assets, campaigns, and reports

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth, advertising, or digital marketing • Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Figma • Familiarity with Zapier is a plus • Fluent in English (written and verbal) • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively • A preference for pragmatism over idealism
