📋 Description

• Design, build, ship and maintain scalable features for the agentic chat loop in North, ensuring seamless scalability and performance. • Take end-to-end ownership of features — from initial design and planning, through implementation, testing, and delivery. • Apply your expertise to deliver at speed, making practical technical decisions that balance velocity with depth and quality. • Collaborate closely across teams, maintaining high standards for communication, documentation, and testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Have built, shipped & maintained production systems around LLMs. • Experience owning complex features from design to deployment, with a focus on scalability and maintainability. • Ability to work closely with researchers, engineers, and product teams to translate insights into actionable improvements. • Have strong coding abilities and are comfortable working across the stack. • Take a customer-focused, product-minded approach to building software, prioritising outcomes and impact. • Thrive in fast-paced environments and can stay focused as priorities and objectives evolve.
