📋 Description

• Develop new services to meet critical product and business needs using industry best practices. • Architect and design scalable systems to solve novel problems. • Define a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling our backend systems and teams. • Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn our vision into a quarterly roadmap. • Serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert. • Write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs. • Immediate projects include issuing Canadian and Singaporean stablecoins and deploying stablecoins on more chains across multiple products such as Retail, Exchange, Prime, and Custody.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering. • Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services, and knowledge of service-oriented architecture. • Proficiency in writing high-quality, well-tested code. • Passion for building an open financial system that brings the world together. • Leadership skills to develop other engineers. • Experience in rapid company growth (from startup to mid-size). • Familiarity with growth experiments or A/B testing frameworks. • Experience with Blockchain technology (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum). • Experience decomposing a large monolith into microservices. • Proficiency with Golang, Ruby, Docker, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB. • Experience in building financial, high-reliability, or security systems. • Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services.
