• Ready to be pushed beyond what you think you’re capable of? • At Coinbase, our mission is to increase economic freedom in the world. • Build the emerging onchain platform and future global financial system. • Core Automation Team: develop AI infrastructure and automation solutions for customer support and compliance teams using AI models and blockchain data. • Explore and apply GenAI techniques, including LLMs and Agentic AI. • Lead project execution, manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. • Write high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Golang. • Architect scalable, secure systems using modern cloud technologies. • Mentor team members and debug complex technical issues. • Build pipelines to integrate with third-party vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering. • Proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services, with a strong understanding of micro-services architecture. • Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs. • Deep understanding of what high-quality code and software engineering processes look like, and the ability to foster an environment that promotes them. • Strong technical skills in system design and coding. • Passion for building an open financial system that unites the world. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a preference for open and transparent cultural practices.
