📋 Description

• Build and extend smart contract functionality for minting, burning, and safeguarding custom stablecoin supply, working closely with senior engineers on design and security review. • Implement backend services that power onboarding, issuance, reserve accounting, and rewards distribution. • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to turn the stablecoin roadmap into shipped features every quarter. • Develop reporting, monitoring, and internal tooling that improve reliability and operational excellence for the team. • Write high-quality, well-tested code across both backend and smart contract surfaces.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining production backend services. • Exposure to writing, testing, or deploying smart contracts using Solidity or similar EVM languages, or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in new technical domains with mentorship. • Comfort working within a service-oriented architecture and contributing to established systems at scale. • Familiarity with Golang and blockchain fundamentals, including Ethereum or similar EVM chains. • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight and human-in-the-loop practices. • Ability to use generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, and Glean in daily workflows. • Ability to deliver business-ready outputs and measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
