📋 Description

• Lead CoinTracker through its first financial audit process • Own the closing and reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Assess and upgrade existing financial systems and processes (ERP, AP, AR, tax, spend management) • Hire and manage a world-class Accounting team • Implement ASC 606 revenue recognition for B2B contracts • Reduce month-end close time and automate key workflows (expense reporting, AP approvals, SBC recognition)
