• Experience as Lead Research Manager (2 years+) • Experience working with lead generation software such as Zoominfo • Results-oriented • Able to work to deadlines • Work well in a remote team • Eagerness to learn new skills • Experience with spreadsheets • Fluent English • Strong attention to detail • Bonus experience: Experience working with Zoominfo or similar tools • Experience working with startups is a plus • Experience in managing remote team
