📋 Description

• Delivering high-standard Becker Professional Education course content, in-person or using Becker’s virtual platform, as determined by courses taught. • Providing examples and explanations of subject matter presented. • Demonstrating subject matter expertise by knowledgeably responding to student questions. • Projecting confidence, enthusiasm, competency, and professionalism with a captivating style. • Utilizing images, graphics, charts, and other visual aids to convey information in an engaging way. • Participating in annual Faculty meetings to stay up-to-date on Becker methodology, teaching skills, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• CMA certification required. • Previous experience and passion for teaching in a higher education or professional setting. • Commitment to Becker students’ success in passing the CMA examination. • Ability to professionally instruct classes using the Becker methodology. • Proficiency with and willingness to learn technology. • High-energy, engaging, and positive personality that commands student respect. • Experience as a former Becker student and/or instructor preferred (not required).
