• Analyze supply chain and manufacturing workflows in depth, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities with limited guidance. • Translate product vision into clear, well-structured user stories, requirements, and documentation. • Conduct research on industry trends, standards, and best practices, and apply that research meaningfully to product decisions. • Prepare process maps, wireframes, and prototypes with a strong degree of independence. • Participate actively in discussions with engineering and design teams, contributing informed perspectives rather than only capturing notes and feedback. • Maintain product documentation and research reports that hold up to scrutiny and support roadmap planning. • Apply Agile practices with proficiency, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-facing role, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise software. • Solid, hands-on understanding of supply chain and manufacturing concepts, gained through real project or industry experience. • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories with minimal supervision. • Proficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and at least one wireframing or prototyping tool (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq). • Working experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Confluence. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
