📋 Description

• Providing timely technical expertise on Collibra's products to customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams. • Creating and maintaining lab environments and playbooks for successful technical demonstrations and evaluations by peers and partners. • Collaborating with the Product team by giving early product feedback and sharing field observations and customer insights to enhance competitive advantage.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical customer facing role in enterprise software. • Working experience in creating and delivering presentations, conveying product messaging, and explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences across various organizations. • Working experience in installing, configuring, integrating, troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues with enterprise software solutions. • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required. • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
