📋 Description

• Support and optimize drop ship operations by managing vendor relationships • Monitor order fulfillment performance and analyze supply chain data • Ensure seamless customer experience and drive operational efficiency • Provide constructive analysis and suggestions for improvements to Sales representatives • Participate in account meetings and provide data for assortment recommendations • Analyze retailer sales, inventory, and fulfillment performance • Recommend actions to improve product availability and address inventory concerns • Generate complex sales and sell-in summary reporting for stakeholders • Work closely with Regional Sales Team to identify top and bottom performing items • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors on forecasting • Identify opportunities and liabilities on products based on market trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5-8 years of professional experience in related position • Strong communication skills and proven track record of working with external partners • Previous experience in retail buying, retail planning, or similar experience with retail forecasting and sales analysis required • Strong knowledge of the outdoor industry, consumer buying patterns and retail dynamics • Advanced knowledge of retail math and pricing strategies • Strong understanding of merchandising, buying, product allocation, and retail sales analysis • Proficient in manipulating data including statistical analysis and advanced math calculations • Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
