📋 Description

• Lead the design of D365 F&O solutions, focusing on Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand production requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Provide subject matter expertise in manufacturing execution, production scheduling, and shop floor control. • Define best practices for BOM, routing, lean manufacturing, and discrete/process manufacturing within D365. • Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices and industry standards. • Support data migration, system integration, and third-party software connectivity. • Conduct system testing, UAT, and end-user training. • Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of significant industry experience within manufacturing. • 7+ years of D365 FSC/AX implementation/consulting experience required. • 3 or more Dynamics full life cycle implementations within manufacturing. • Microsoft certifications are highly desirable. • BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Supply Chain or Logistics preferred. • Expertise in production control, SCM and MRP. • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively meet deadlines. • Excellent demonstration and presentation skills. • Ability to travel to provide services to clients; and nationally 30% or more • Experience in multi-site and global rollouts of D365 (desired). • Familiarity with third-party MES integrations (desired). • Knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools (desired). • Desire to constantly assess and incorporate new technologies (desired). • Strong project implementation skills (desired). • Proactive approach in communicating project status and risks (desired).
