📋 Description

• Design and deliver enterprise solutions on the CommandLink ITSM platform • Bridge the gap between customer requirements and technical execution • Partner with Account Executives for technical discovery and demos • Design ITSM, monitoring, and automation solutions tailored to customers • Build proof-of-concepts and pilot environments • Collaborate with product and delivery teams for executable solutions • Guide customers through initial platform setup and configuration • Integrate with third-party ITSM systems using APIs and webhooks • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle • Conduct training and enablement sessions for successful adoption • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role within a SaaS or ITSM environment • Strong background in ITSM platforms, monitoring/alerting, or workflow automation • Proven ability to lead technical discovery, build demos, and own customer outcomes end-to-end • Solid understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem) • Familiarity with monitoring concepts, event correlation, and AIOps • Hands-on with APIs, JSON, webhooks, and light scripting (Python or PowerShell preferred) • Experience integrating enterprise systems and managing multi-tenant SaaS environments • Excellent communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills • Confident working with both technical and executive audiences • Highly organized, with an ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple enterprise projects simultaneously
