📋 Description

• You may contribute to projects such as: Campaign-level content: turning conceptual ideas into creative, emotionally resonant campaigns. • Sales collateral: concise, benefit-driven or explanatory copy for health plan members, insurance brokers, healthcare providers, and employers. • Explainer videos & presentations: clear and compelling scripts or decks that distill complex information. • Member engagement materials: consumer-facing content written at a 6th-grade reading level that’s still smart, empathetic, and motivating or content. • Microsite content: web copy for seasonal campaigns or communication initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional writing experience in healthcare, advertising, or journalism. • Experience collaborating with brand strategists, designers, and marketing teams. • Proven journalistic and creative writing chops. • Experience writing for complex industries (healthcare, insurance, or other regulated fields preferred). • Strong conceptual thinker who can make unengaging material engaging. • Ability to tailor tone and voice for multiple audiences, including both B2B (brokers, employers, providers) and B2C (plan members). • Comfortable simplifying technical or policy-heavy language. • Sharp, snappy headline and tagline skills. • Reliable, responsive, and able to turn around quality work quickly.
