• Processing Flexible Spending Account Claims (FSA) • Processing Health Savings Account Claims (HSA) • Working on camera for full shift during both training and team meetings • Meeting standard goals for claims processing to earn pay raises

🎯 Requirements

• Previous claims processing or related experience • Strong keyboard and MS Office skills • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Ability to multi-task efficiently • High school diploma or GED • Must be 18 or older • Must pass a criminal background check (includes employment and education verification) • Must have reliable internet (Download ≥ 25 Mbps, Upload ≥ 5 Mbps, Ping ≤ 175 ms) • Must connect via Ethernet (not Wi-Fi) • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state
