• This is an inbound call center for child support customers supporting multiple states while delivering exceptional customer service. • An ability to answer calls in a timely manner, as they are automatically received through blended call queues. • Provide a one-call resolution through asking pertinent questions to understand members’ concerns. • Maintain up to date support knowledge through offered training. • Accurately document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances. • Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements.
