📋 Description

• Developing and executing a strategic alliance plan. • Identifying areas of collaboration and opportunities for joint solution development. • Identifying and evaluating potential partnerships • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with alliance partners • Overseeing end-to-end management of programs associated with key strategic partners • Identifying and implementing process improvements • Monitoring industry trends and competitive landscapes • Providing insights and recommendations to business unit leadership • Working closely with industry go-to-market teams to define and develop joint solutions • Ensuring joint solutions meet market demands and provide unique value propositions • Collaborating with various teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for joint solutions • Driving customer and revenue growth via joint go-to-market programs • Developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive program success

🎯 Requirements

• Influence and negotiate with key enterprise partners to accelerate growth • Possess strong strategic thinking and outstanding business acumen • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, influencing, and leading across all levels of the organization • Apply an analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Have extensive (10+years) BPO industry experience and expertise • Demonstrate a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships • Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment • Collaborate well within a team-oriented environment
