📋 Description

• Map internal processes and identify opportunities for automation and integration • Create, test, and maintain automation workflows on platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Pabbly, or similar • Develop solutions using generative AI (GPT, Claude, Llama), including agents, advanced prompts, and API integrations • Build intelligent systems for areas such as marketing, sales, customer service, customer success (CS), product, and operations • Integrate CRM, landing pages, spreadsheets, learning platforms, automation tools, and internal systems • Optimize existing processes, ensuring stability, scalability, and low maintenance • Document workflows, business rules, and the technical architecture of automations • Monitor performance, fix issues, and implement continuous improvements • Work in partnership with technology, operations, product teams and other involved areas

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in process automation • Proficiency with platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or equivalents • Solid knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and system integrations • Hands-on experience with generative AI (advanced prompting, agents, AI-driven workflows, RAG — a plus) • Ability to map processes, solve problems, and design complex workflows • Analytical, organized, and delivery-focused profile
