âą Prototype, build, and launch AI experiences for large retailers and enterprises. âą Collaborate with PMs, sales, and clients to define and refine customer requirements. âą Work with engineering teams in San Francisco to leverage the latest capabilities of the AI platform and contribute to the platform where needed. Provide critical feedback to the platform team to ensure support for building excellent AI solutions. âą Define and implement AI business metrics, analyze data, and iterate to continuously improve business performance. âą Plan your work, negotiate timelines, and offer creative solutions and practical trade-offs to balance client deadlines and feature completeness.
đŻ Requirements
âą Must be located in Brazil and fluent in Portuguese. âą BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field. âą 5+ years of experience in the technology industry in a hands-on engineering role. âą 2+ years of experience building and launching AI products. âą Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. âą Experience building both backend and frontend solutions using Python and TypeScript. âą Experience building agentic systems; familiarity with recent frameworks is a strong plus.
