📋 Description

• Stand up core reporting infrastructure: monthly business reviews, departmental budget templates, and KPI dashboards. • Take ownership of the close → forecast cycle and partner with Accounting to tighten timing and accuracy. • Lead the company’s integrated quarterly reforecast, improving driver-based accuracy across teams. • Operationalize SaaS KPIs: churn/expansion bridges, cohort analyses, and margin reporting. • Drive the full annual operating plan process end-to-end, including scenario planning and resource allocation. • Establish a scalable forecasting system or tooling. • Deliver actionable insights that materially improve performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in FP&A / Strategic Finance, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS or subscription businesses. • Proven ownership of short-term cash forecasting and burn management in fast-moving environments. • Experience building FP&A frameworks from scratch. • Strong understanding of SaaS business levers and metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR, churn, cohort economics, margin). • Demonstrated cross-functional partnering — able to pull clear inputs from messy org realities. • Ability to move comfortably between weeds and exec-level storytelling (“altitude switching”). • Advanced Excel/Sheets (and comfort working from raw exports); SQL/BI experience is a plus. • High judgment, bias to action, and ownership mindset.
