📋 Description

• Support Technical Project Managers with day-to-day project execution • Set up, configure, and maintain Jira projects, boards, workflows, issue types, custom fields, and permission schemes • Create and maintain Confluence spaces, pages, templates, and project documentation repositories • Maintain Jira data integrity by cleaning duplicate or stale tickets, enforcing naming conventions, and supporting backlog grooming • Manage user access, roles, and project configurations with IT/Jira administrators • Troubleshoot day-to-day Jira and Confluence issues • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and minute-taking • Track action items and follow up with task owners • Assist with resource tracking, timeline updates, and dependency management • Coordinate communication among technical teams, business stakeholders, and client representatives • Support change management and UAT coordination activities • Assist with onboarding team members to project tools and processes • Build Jira reports and dashboards and prepare stakeholder-ready presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or similar role • Experience ideally supporting technology implementation projects • Hands-on expertise administering and configuring Jira, including workflows, boards, custom fields, permissions, and JQL • Strong working knowledge of Confluence, including space/page setup, templates, and documentation structure • Ability to build Jira reports and dashboards using native reporting, JQL filters, and gadgets • Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to create polished, stakeholder-ready presentations from raw data • Understanding of project management fundamentals, including timelines, RAID logs, status reporting, and milestone tracking • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Experience with utilities clients or the utilities/energy industry is preferred • Familiarity with Atlassian tools beyond Jira and Confluence is preferred • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred; Certified ScrumMaster or similar certification is preferred • CAPM or PMP certification, or active pursuit of certification, is preferred • Experience supporting SaaS/ERP/CIS technology implementations is preferred • Familiarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, or MS Project is preferred • Experience in management consulting and client-facing responsibilities is preferred • Basic understanding of change management principles is preferred • Must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Celerity is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas
