⢠Provide Tier 1 support for end-users via help desk tickets and resolve enterprise application-related problems ⢠Analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations using SSRS, Power BI, Microsoft CRM, Workday, and related tools ⢠Utilize Azure DevOps, AAD, and B2C in troubleshooting ⢠Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions ⢠Navigate EVV applications to assist with shift and login-related issues ⢠Identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and recommend solutions ⢠Participate in internal and external meetings ⢠Identify, create, and communicate BUG statuses to end users ⢠Assist with enterprise application implementations and testing for new releases and updates ⢠Monitor applications to ensure systems run correctly and efficiently ⢠Interact with IT, Business Ops, vendors, and other cross-functional teams ⢠Monitor application performance using Azure Application Insights ⢠Pull shift data from databases for troubleshooting, BUG creation, and Medicaid Fraud investigations ⢠Correct and update inaccurate shift data in portal databases ⢠Maintain documentation of processes and procedures ⢠Resolve incidents and requests within agreed-upon time frames ⢠Monitor deliverables and ensure timely project completion ⢠Participate in professional development and training ⢠Participate in after-hours work and an on-call rotation ⢠Perform other duties as assigned ⢠Travel occasionally as required
⢠2+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment ⢠Associate degree or equivalent experience ⢠Knowledge of enterprise applications, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and related technologies ⢠Knowledge of Azure DevOps, AAD, and B2C ⢠Effective written and verbal communication at technical and simplified levels ⢠Superior customer service to end-users and co-workers ⢠Dependability and strong communication skills ⢠Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively ⢠Ability to successfully pass a background screening ⢠Legally authorized to work in the United States ⢠Must not require visa sponsorship or STEM OPT extension
