📋 Description

• Be the strategic headlights: Build a continuous market‑sensing engine (competitors, adjacencies, buyer behavior, fraud/abuse patterns, and regulations) and translate signals into actions, POVs, and executive/board‑ready insights. • Shape roadmap and partner strategy: Partner with product management to validate problems, define value, influence prioritization, and inform pricing/packaging; collaborate with strategic partners to craft joint route‑to‑market plays. • Own positioning, messaging, and thought leadership: Craft crisp, differentiated narratives by persona/use case; lead and present executive/analyst/partner/customer-facing content (keynotes, webinars, briefings, roundtable/panel moderation, conference/tradeshow presentations). • Drive go‑to‑market excellence: Orchestrate launch strategy, tiering, readiness, and metrics; ensure content and enablement land globally across regions, routes, and channels; set goals and run post‑mortems. • Fuel sales success: Build outcome‑oriented enablement (competitive plays, objection handling, talk tracks, demo flows, ROI/TCO tools, digital sales room content) and join tiger‑team pursuits for strategic opportunities, including customer-facing meetings. • Mentor and scale: Help uplevel and encourage others, codify reusable frameworks and processes (personas, value frameworks, solution architectures, demo scripts), and build inclusive, scalable ways of working. • Create high‑impact content: Produce or lead creation of narratives, solution briefs, reference architectures, case studies, web copy, decks, and analyst RFI responses that win and convert. • Measure, report, and iterate: Own KPIs (pipeline contribution, conversion, adoption, win rate) and optimize for the long game with customers and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–14+ years in B2B tech product/solutions marketing (enterprise SaaS preferred) • Demonstrated ability to size market opportunity, analyze competitors, and translate insight into positioning, go-to-market plans, and measurable revenue impact. • Track record driving ambiguous, cross‑functional programs with sales, product management, partners/channel, demand generation, and enablement; with a “take ownership” mindset and accountability for results. • Recognized deck-building, ideating, and synthesis skills; able to create frameworks that others adopt. • Executive‑caliber storytelling and presence; comfortable with analysts, customers, partners, and stage/keynote settings. • Demonstrated measurement mindset (defining KPIs, analyzing funnel metrics, running experiments) in service of extraordinary results. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.
