📋 Description

• Standardization, optimization and digitalization of workshop, quality and safety processes • Execution and coordination of internal and external audits (system, process and product audits) as well as documentation and follow-up of audit findings • Analysis of process deviations and derivation of corrective actions • Promoter of Lean and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) principles • Effective coordination of internal and external stakeholders • Training and coaching of workshop personnel on quality-related topics • Management of quality projects and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, EHS) • Development, implementation and monitoring of quality policies and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Management, Process Engineering) or comparable training with relevant professional experience • Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in a workshop or production environment • Solid knowledge of quality methods such as FMEA, 8D, APQP, SPC, RCA • Auditor qualification (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) desirable • Experience with digital QM systems and reporting tools • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working • Strong communication skills and assertiveness • Willingness to travel within the country • Excellent German and English skills
