📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Lead scrum teams and facilitate scrum processes as an Agile role model. • Coach and mentor multi-functional teams within the organization. • Play a key role in leading timelines and work according to Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Conduct PI planning, release planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospective meetings, and stage gate management. • Manage risk and serve as a scrum of scrums to help the team resolve their velocity. • Handle stories and projects in Jira effectively. • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Technical Project Managers to ensure the product backlog is in good shape. • Increase team efficiency and enhance the sprint retrospective meeting experience. • Ensure the scrum team adheres to the values and practices of scrum and SAFe Agile methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Professional Experience in Agile Methodologies. • Certified Scrum Master and experience running Agile teams. • Experience working with infrastructure software development teams applying Agile methodologies.
