📋 Description

• Verify that all preparation work before a call or outreach is completed and follows established procedures. • Ensure that trial bookings meet eligibility criteria, academic prerequisites, and capacity rules. • Confirm that student and parent interactions are accurately documented and that lead statuses are updated promptly in the CRM. • Review CRM notes for clarity, completeness, consistency, and proper tagging. • Check that every enrolment includes explicit consent, correct sequencing, and all required documentation. • Audit overall sales activity, communication logs, and CRM data for compliance with company standards. • Record audit findings and provide actionable feedback to sales team members and the Sales Manager. • Identify recurring process gaps and collaborate with the team to implement improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline. • 1–3 years of experience in auditing, operations, data review, or quality control. • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset. • Excellent written English and communication skills. • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Monday.com, Podium, or Missive. • Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accuracy under timelines.
