📋 Description

• Support and drive operational excellence for Vertical Market and Global and Enterprise Accounts • Manage, oversee, and coordinate the designated Integrated Project Management Team • Oversee purchasing, project coordination/logistics, project scheduling, project management, and project closeout • Support complex, multi-site programs and projects across customer sites and CTCs • Support Business as Usual projects with varying site-specific statements of work • Support the Operations Lead in managing project financial execution • Ensure change orders are clearly documented and proposed to customers • Maximize customer satisfaction through effective execution of assigned projects • Support manpower assessments to understand customer needs • Coordinate with the Operations Lead to plan required resources • Report to and work alongside the Operations Leader and other supervisors • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

🎯 Requirements

• College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience • 3–5 years of relevant experience • Customer focus and awareness of customer needs and wants • Leadership orientation, including guiding, developing, and mentoring others • Financial analytical skills, including cost control • Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills • Strong team leadership, team building, and facilitation skills • Preferred but not required: engineering, field, or project management experience • Preferred but not required: experience in electronic, fire alarm and life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare industries • Preferred but not required: previous project supervisory experience
